Hi ev. One.
bought my kit from suntana last may (09) so had just over a year, have only recently started using it a bit more so averaging since the time i had it prob used 1-2 times a wk. And where the window is the material has frayed and now there is a hole! About 5" long! Do you think i should ask for a replacement or is this usual wear and tear after a year just seems a bit costly to have to pay ou 100. 00 per year for new tents. It has always been folded properly.

Hi . . I bought mine last year in june and the full kit from them last year and the tent was rubbish after a few times using it . . I complained to them and was refunded my money.
Is it the brown one with plastic skylight you fit on ?

Yes it is, i sent them an e-mail telling them what has happened and were they prepared to replace it and got told the 1yr warranty had just run out ( by bout 4wks) and they would sell me another one at half price!
i have since noticed that the one they sell now has DOUBLE stitching round it so am wondering if they have had this a lot! What would you do (to everyone) buy the one at half price or say its not good enoughi Its has only had really light use!

These tents are copies that is why they are cheap. The proper ones have a flap and draw string in the back so any fan will fit in the space. Also the frame work is very sy so you can not twist them no matter what. Its worth buying the proper ones.

My tent was included in my full kit plus training and it really was rubbish , I do believe it was a copy tent , was told that it wasn't . . . . . Mines had the zipped flap at back.
Twisted out of shape so easy . . . . When I complained they refunded me straight away with no hassle at all . . . . . So i was happy . . . I got my money back ;o]

A lot of times the way a company can get around selling the copies is to offer it free. This way there is very little come back. Be warned, I got one from shadez, who have now gone out of business, and ended up paying again.
