Hello everyone!
I've just done my training with xen-tan which I found to be very good the colour was amazing and lots of compliments on how it looks on me, just wanted some advise on how to get going ie, advertising or if anyone else uses xen-tan I'd love to hear any tips on do's and don'ts.
I haven't done a client yet and I am very nervous (first job after 3 kids confidence has been knocked lol) I am also in talks with a salon who has a
room to rent, anyone else do this and how much do they charge you.
Thank you so much for taking the time to read this, I hope you are all having a fab weekend in this lovely sunshine :-)
Cheers
Rebecca

Hi Rebecca. . . . . I have 3 kids and i find it hard to fit it round family but i will just keep doing it and once there at school i can focus more on it .
I don't personally like xentan , did my training and it was xentan that the trainer used , found it great on people that tan nice , was not impressed . . As you have just trained why not contact some of the companies and ask for some samples and practise on friends /family until you feel confident enough to start charging clients . . . Then get some business cards -leaflets printed with your price list and offers etc. . . Create a website /facebook group . . Once you get started there is alot too keep you busy , the salon idea sounds good but not sure how you go about it . . I charge £20 for adults and £15 for teens and do various offers . . Check out your competition see how much they charge and take it from there . . Anyway good luck on your new adventure . . Lorraine :o)
