change of solution
By: Nikkimobile | Posted on: 23/06/2010 23:00

I have used xentan which i love only its not dark enough, fake bake and sienna x, these all seem to fade horribly, although the initial colour is fantastic. I need to change my solution but would like a really good one! Didnt like st tropez as that only seems to work on set skin types, have tried the ones that you can buy in the beauty wholesalers, which appear to be cheaper but turn you orange, not a good look! ! Want a 10 - 12% fantastic golden brown colour any suggestions ? ? ? ? ? ? ?

Have you tried A-Tan? I've just sampled the 8 and 10 and was realy impresed with colour guide, developed colour and fade off, I haven't tried the 12 yet but will be using that tomorrow night. I have used Sienna for last couple of years but just ordered 3 litres of A-tan as I was so impressed with it! :)

Try Naturasun. . Have been using it for years. . Quite eXpensive but brilliant results. . . . EXcellent for miXing too! Since using it my business has gone from strength to strength. . . Personally I love miXing Chocolate (8%) and Honey (10%) however toffee is great (10%) as it can be washed off after 4 hours if necessary. . Also good on fair skins. . Many clients have used the sienna fake bake etc but prefer Naturasun. . . They were the first company in europe and UK I do believe! Best person to speak with is Calhey. . . She knows her stuff. . Very lovely and professional telephone 0870 240 7072 she works Wed - Friday. . . Mention my name - Sue from Tans 2 You and she'll really look after you! They do great promotion offers too. . I have tried many other solutions and still do. . . But Naturasun still comes out the best! Oh their darkest one is After Dark 12% They do 6% sprays too! The bronzers are very natural looking so people feel they dont have to hide once they have been sprayed. . . . A very satisfied customer! Worth paying that bit more as you get better results! Hope that helps! X

Hi . . . . Do you know if they do sample bottles to test ? : ) (Naturasun)

By: mandy | Posted on: 24/06/2010 15:50

Yep! I'v had a a couple of new customers who are not happy with the sienna solution which is great for me. I too use the A-Tan and so far so good. Find the 12% a bit dark for my customers, but go through loads of the 10%. I would try a pack of samples first. Good hunting

I'm sure they do testers. . Albeit you may have to pay a small fee however, I'm sure if you then order this will be deducted. . . . . It's so long ago since I tested them! My clients love how I can mix their solutions to suit their needs. . . The chocolate also smells of chocolate which is lovely! They have a large range of colours however I mentioned above what works best with me. . . . Ask Calhey about testers and see what she says! X :-)

Hi there, just to add on, i've recently started using LA Tan both the disco and the 12% and it goes on with a beautiful brown colour, no red tones and so far my customers are really loving it. I have used SiennaX (sell their retail range which is fab ! ! But no longer use their solution) Aviva Express and Solspa. I would like to try Naturasun too, but have a local salon using it. I have emailed Naturasun twice in the past but never ever had a response ! !

Hi Mobile spray tan. . . . Naturasun had a few customer/client service areas which could be vastly improved in the past. . . . However luckily Calhey is back as said in my previous note. . . She is on the ball and great and knows her stuff! She works Wednesday to Friday. . . . is definately worth the call to her and she is aware that she may get some calls from this forum. . . Just mention Sue from Tans 2 You! If you want her e-mail then let me know! X
